Russia Will Render A Humanitarian Aid To The Cuban Population Which Have Suffered From The Hurricane

The Russian government will allocate to the Emergencies Ministry of the Russian Federation up to 3.5 million roubles from the government's reserve fund and up to 368,000 dollars from the means provided for in the federal budget to pay for the ministry's expenditures on purchasing and delivering humanitarian goods to the Cuban population which suffered from a very strong hurricane in November. As RIA Novosti was told on Wednesday in the government information department, the resolution on this score was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov.
