Vladimir Putin Declared Support For Afghanistan's Legitimate Government

President of Russia Vladimir Putin expressed support for the legitimate government of Afghanistan. As a RIA Novosti correspondent reports, at his Monday meeting with president of the Islamic State of Afghanistan (ISA) Burhanuddin Rabbani in Dushanbe, the head of the Russian state said that Russia's stand "has long been determined": Moscow backs the internationally recognised government of Afghanistan which "has long been fighting for liberation of its people".

In response to the unlawful December 1 arrest and detention of Chinese tech giant Huawei's chief financial officer Sabrina Meng Wanzhou by Canadian authorities in Vancouver at the behest of the Trump regime, facing possible unacceptable extradition to the US, Beijing warned its high-tech personnel last month against traveling to America unless it's essential.
