King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia wrap up visit to Austria

Sweden King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia wrapped up their visit to Austria with a trip to the eastern province of Burgenland.

Sweden's royal couple, accompanied by Austrian President Heinz Fischer and his wife Margit, started off their day with a concert at a castle in the eastern town of Eisenstadt.

Through foggy conditions, the couples then headed to a nearby village for lunch, followed by a brief stop in the area's national park.

Carl Gustav, in comments cited by the Austria Press Agency, said it was important to achieve climate protection goals and that Austria and Sweden should collaborate more on wind energy.
