This opinion was voiced at the 9-th session of the General Conference of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, currently underway in Vienna, the Russian foreign ministry's information and press department told RIA Novosti. The session is discussing ways of enhancing efficiency of this international organization, streamlining its financial situation, as well as results of having been transformed into the world forum for industrial development.
