Thirty Russian enterprises will take part in the 4th international aerospace equipment exhibition AERO INDIA-2003 to be held February 4-9. This major Asian air show is held once in two years on the Indian Yelahanka air force base near Bangalore, the capital of the southern state of Karnataka.
According to the exhibition's organisers, apart from the Russian enterprises 100 leading companies from 19 countries, including the U.S., Britain, France, Italy, Ukraine, Belarus, confirmed their participation. India will be represented by 300 companies.
Russia is traditionally a major participant in this international show. "Sukhoi" defence industry enterprise, design bureau named after A.S. Yakovlev, MAPO "MIG", "Irkut" NPK, design bureau "Kamov", "Sokol" production association, "Mashinostroyeniye" design bureau, Izhevsk electromechanical plant "Kupol", Rostvertol" as well as such organisations as "Rosobornexport" and "Aviaexport" will take part in the salon.
Taking into account the growing number of participants' applications, the exhibition's organisers added one more pavilion to the existing three. Their total area is 8,500 sq metres.
The state-of-the-art Russian aircraft - SU-30MKI, MIG-29M2, MIG-AT, KA-50 "Black Shark" helicopters and MI-28 will be displayed at the outdoor territory.
The co-author of this disaster is the Dutch government, which did not find either strength or desire to save the lives of its citizens who were flying on that plane. The Dutch authorities did not demand Ukraine to comply with international aviation regulations
