A Chinese military delegation is to pay a two-day visit to Volgograd, Russia, starting November 24. The Chinese delegation, which comprises representatives of the General Staff of the People's Liberation Army of China, is headed by deputy chief of the General Staff Xiong Guangkai. China's military are to negotiate with the high command of the North Caucasian military district in Volgograd. According to Russian military sources, the crackdown against international terrorism will be discussed.
