KamAZ to sell busses to Iraq

KamAZ is planning to supply 195 NefAZ buses to Iraq this year. The first five buses have arrived to the Russian port of Novorossisk on the Black Sea to be shipped to the customer.

Another 20 commute buses will be sent to Iraq this month. The contract on supplies must be implemented by this May.

Earlier, KamAZ sold only trucks to Iraq. In 2002 more than 4,000 automobiles were delivered to the country within the framework of the Oil for Food program.
