China says it stands with Russia on North Korea 'nuclear problem'

'The position of the Chinese government on the nuclear problem of the KNDR [Democratic People's Republic of Korea] is very clear - we favour peaceful settlement through dialogue and preservation of a nuclear-free Korean peninsula,' Chzhao Tsichzhen, chief of the press ministry of the People's Republic of China's Council of Ministers said at a news conference here Friday.
