Macedonian President Boris Trajkovski is to arrive in Moscow Sunday for a brief visit at the invitation of the Russian President, the Macedonian Embassy to Russia told RIA Novosti. Boris Trajkovski is to discuss and the Russian leadership are to discuss the situation in the world and in the Balkans and vital issues of the Russian-Macedonian cooperation, the Embassy said. Boris Trajkovski is to leave Moscow on Monday afternoon. The last meeting of the Russian and Macedonian presidents was held in Kiev in August 2001. They discussed ways of the crisis settlement and stabilization in the region. Boris Trajkovski supported Vladimir Putin's initiative of holding a conference of the Balkan states, with the conferees to confirm the Helsinki principles of inviolability of frontiers and approve common standards of human rights observance.
