North Korea offers U.S. reasonable and realistic decision of nuclear problem

An official spokesman for the North Korean Foreign Ministry stated Friday that one of ways of reasonable and realistic settlement of the nuclear problem can be the conclusion of a treaty on non-aggression between North Korea and the USA, if a complicated situation on the Korean peninsula is overcome.

If the USA is able to persuade North Korea in the lack of aggressive plans, then North Korea will be prepared to clear up approaches to ensuring its own security, the Xinhua agency quoted the North Korean diplomat as saying.

According to the official spokesman for the North Korean Foreign Ministry, the settlement of all the problems relating to North Korea will be based on elimination of any threats to North Korean sovereignty, its right to exist.

Actually, North Korea for the first time made a proposal related to the settlement of the nuclear problem which is a serious irritant of Washington with regard to the Pyongyang policy.
