Russian Consulate-general Opens In Dubai

. As of today, according to various estimates, around 6,000-7,000 Russians permanently reside in the Emirates and some 200,000-odd tourists from Russia visit this country every year. Now that Russia is opening a consulate-general in Dubai, they won't have to travel all the way to Abu Dhabi to get consular services. Issuance of visas for foreigners is expected to become an easier process as well.
