Ukrainian President Meets Romanian Foreign Minister

Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma thinks it important to develop cooperation with Romania in the struggle against international terrorism. He said that at a meeting with the OSCE chairman, Romania's Foreign Minister Mircea Geoana, Tuesday. The Romanian minister is currently on a visit to Kiev. President Kuchma stressed that Ukraine and Romania are interested in strengthening ties in various areas, first of all in the economic one. Mircea Geoana deemed it important to step up bilateral relations, and make dialogue between Kiev and Bucharest more substantial for the good of Europe.
