Afghan, Pakistani Presidents To Meet In Near Future

A number of Muslim states are preparing the meeting between Afghan President Burhanuddin Rabbani and his Pakistani counterpart Pervez Musharraf. This information was disclosed on Tuesday at a press conference personally by Burhanuddin Rabbani who is currently in Dubai on an unofficial visit. Rabbani also said that the inter-Afghan negotiations, which were launched in Bonn on Tuesday, could be useful and fruitful in terms of preparing such a meeting.
