There are no problems in relations between Russia and Austria but there are many opportunities, said Chancellor of Austria Wolfgang Schuessel during the talks with Russian president Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin.
The Chancellor pointed out that the delegation which had arrived in Russia included more than 100 businessmen. According to him, both Austria and the European Union follow the process of reforms in Russia with great interest.
We believe that Russia played a wise and constructive role after September 11, he said.
Schuessel is of the opinion that the European prospects should also be an important issue to be discussed during the talks, since Europe does not seem to be a single whole without Russia.
