Kyrgyzstan's acting president Kurmanbek Bakiyev announced plans Tuesday for an investigation into last week's storming of the government headquarters, which led to President Askar Akayev's ouster and his own appointment as interim leader.
Bakiyev told presidential administration staff to draft a decree to create a commission that would investigate the seizure.
The co-author of this disaster is the Dutch government, which did not find either strength or desire to save the lives of its citizens who were flying on that plane. The Dutch authorities did not demand Ukraine to comply with international aviation regulations
