Russian Security Council Secretary hands over Vladimir Putin's message to Armenian President

Russian Security Council Secretary Vladimir Rushailo handed over Vladimir Putin's message to Armenian President Robert Kocharyan in Yerevan on Wednesday. Rushailo pointed to the progress in Russian-Armenian relations.

The Russian Security Council Secretary came out for the revision of factors, which hamper a more effective development of bilateral relations.

Vladimir Rushailo, currently on a working visit to Armenia, also met with Catholicos of all Armenians Garegin. They pointed to a "friendly and productive" development of Russian-Armenian relations.
