Vladimir Putin To Sign Agreements With Greece During Visit To Athens

Several agreements between Moscow and Athens are being prepared for Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Greece scheduled for early December 2001, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Valentina Matviyenko told journalists on Friday. She has already visited Athens as part of preparations for Vladimir Putin's visit. According to Matviyenko, Vladimir Putin is to sign agreements on cultural centres' exchange, on shipping and air transport, on cooperation in the fuel and energy sphere and on cultural cooperation between the two capitals - Moscow and Athens.
