Iran for non-nuclear world

Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi confirmed the Islamic Republic's urge to contribute to elimination of nuclear weapons in the world.

We've always called and call on the world to refuse nuclear weapons, Kharrazi said upon his return from Geneva, where an international conference on WMD nonproliferation was held.

According to the Iranian foreign minister, "Iran is against production of weapons of mass destruction and refused a possibility to possess nuclear weapons." "We revealed this position to the world and call on countries possessing the WMDs to refuse them," Kharrazi said.
