On Wednesday the Georgian Minister of State Security, Vakhtang Kutateladze submitted his resignation, according to the ministry's press-service. The Interior Minister Kakha Targamadze is also reported to have submitted his resignation at a session of the Council of National Security on Wednesday. However, the Interior Ministry press-centre has neither confirmed or denied this information. There have been no official reports for the reasons of the two top officials' resignations.
