Russia's Ivanov, US Powell To Meet In Washington Thursday

Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov will be heading for Washington later in the day for talks with US Secretary of State Colin Powell. Sources in the Russian foreign Ministry's Information and Press Department disclosed the two diplomacy chiefs are to "discuss START-ABM problems" and "pressing issues of the final stage of the US-Russian summit meeting preparation." Also, the two men will exchange views on the entire range of bilateral issues and international agenda.
