Texas and Louisiana await Tropical Storm Humberto

Tropical Storm Humberto is moving towards parts of the Texas and Louisiana coasts.

At 2 p.m. EDT (1800 GMT), the eighth named storm of the Atlantic hurricane season had maximum sustained winds of 45 mph (72 kph) and its center was about 70 miles (113 kilometers) south-southwest of Galveston, Texas, the National Hurricane Center said. The storm already was dropping rain in Texas and Louisiana.
