George Bush indignant with terrorist act in Kaspiisk

US President George W. Bush has said he is upset and indignant with the death of people killed in the explosion in Kaspiisk, Daghestan. In his written statement circulated by the White House's press service, the US president said that he was particularly concerned with the fact that this cruel act of terror had been committed on a day when Russia marked its victory over the Nazi in World War II and when "our countries" are allies in the fight against global terror. Terrorism and murder of innocent people can never be justified and put up with, stressed Bush who extended condolences on behalf of all American people to the families of innocent children, veterans and other victims and wished a speedy recovery to those who sustained wounds in the terrorist act.

On December 10, 1948 the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly, its thirty articles enshrining basic and fundamental rights guaranteeing dignity of the human person and equality for all, regardless of race, color, creed or gender. A pipe dream?
