USA supports political solution to Chechen problem but will struggle against terror no matter where it may rest

The USA supports the political solution to the problem of Chechnya, but will work together with its partners on the global anti-terror coalition no matter where terrorism may rest, deputy White House spokesman Scott McClellan told journalists on Wednesday.

Commenting on the audio recording, which according to the Qatar TV channel Al-Jazeera has recorded the voice of Osama bin Laden, McClellan reported that this film containing threats mentioned not only the USA but also a number of other countries - Britain, France, Italy, Jordan, Russia, Indonesia and others.

This reminds all of us that we are in a state of war against terrorism, McClellan stressed.
