Albanian terrorists killed three Macedonian servicemen in the North-West of the country last night. The report arrived in Sofia from Skopje that a Macedonian special forces' unit was ambushed near the town of Semsevo (Tetovo's neighbourhood). A grenade thrown by Albanian terrorists killed two people and the third was killed by a sniper. Last night Macedonian policemen detained seven Albanians on discovering weapons in their vehicles last night. Special services suspect some of the detainees of attacking a police station in the town of Tearce. Some hours ago a group of armed Albanians took 12 hostages (Macedonian Slav civilians). Three hostages were later released. Observers believe the remaining hostages will be offered in exchange for the Albanian terrorists arrested by the police.
