Chairman of the Russian State Duma Gennady Seleznyov and Chairman of the Majlis of Kazakhstan Zharmakhan Tuyakbai on Wednesday signed the Regulations of the Parliamentary Commission on Cooperation. The delegation of the State Duma, headed by Chairman of the Lower House Gennady Seleznyov, arrived in Astana on Tuesday to pay a visit. The Chairman of the Majlis expressed the hope that the signing of the Regulations would contribute to the further rapprochement between Russia and Kazakhstan.
