Russian Humanitarian Aid For Afghan Citizens Delivered To Tajikistan

The first 11 coaches with humanitarian aid from the Russian government have arrived in Tajikistan for its citizens and for the citizens of Afghanistan, reported the headquarters of the Russian emergencies ministry's operational group in Tajikistan. This is the first railway train which delivered, in particular, a 100 kWt mobile electric power station for the government of Tajikistan and also tents, warm clothes and food for the population of Afghanistan. A total of 100 coaches with Russian humanitarian aid worth about four million dollars will arrive in Tajikistan before the year is out for its subsequent delivery to Afghanistan, reported the headquarters of the emergencies ministry's operational group.

On December 10, 1948 the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly, its thirty articles enshrining basic and fundamental rights guaranteeing dignity of the human person and equality for all, regardless of race, color, creed or gender. A pipe dream?
