The 13th session of Heads of CIS security services closed on Friday in the capital of Moldavia, Chisinau. Only the Turkmen delegation did not participate in the session.

According to Mr. Ursu, the participants in the session elaborated a number of recommendations for establishing specialized scientific and technical centers for detecting drugs and psychotropic substances. Besides, an agreement was reached according to which mass media would cover activities of security bodies and secret services against international terrorism and extremism.
Bilateral meetings between the delegations were conducted during the session. The next session of Heads of the CIS security services will take place in Armenia.
The choice of the city of Helsinki is not incidental as the capital of Finland had hosted US-Soviet negotiations on the limitation of nuclear stockpiles in 1969
