The Legislative Assembly of Moldova is prepared promptly to ratify the treaty of friendship and cooperation between Russia and Moldova, which was signed on Monday by their presidents Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Voronin as the basic political agreement on friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
