Moldova's Prime Minister Come To China For Official Visit

On Tuesday, Moldovan Prime Minister Vasily Tarlev will start his official visit to China, the Moldovan government press service said. Before going to Beijing, the head of the Moldovan government told newsmen that the visit of Moldova's governmental delegation to China four months after the visit of Jiang Zemin, the head of the Chinese State Council, to Moldova testifies that both countries' leaderships pursue the development of bilateral relations. Mr. Tarlev said that the agreement on cooperation in agriculture, industry, and law, which the two countries plan to sign in Beijing, would facilitate this development. The press service also said that the Moldovan delegation comprises heads of ministries of industry, justice, interior affairs, agriculture, and food, as well as a large group of businessmen. The visit will last until November 24.
