Boris Yeltsin Spoke With Estonian Ex-President Lennart Meri Over Phone

On Wednesday, the first Russian president Boris Yeltsin spoke over the phone with Estonian ex-president Lennart Meri, according to Meri's advisor Toomas Hiio. Hiio said that the two former presidents had recalled their meetings in Moscow, New York, Strasbourg, and other places.
