"COSUP-2002" staff exercises to be held in Estonia

This October Estonia will host international "COSUP-2000" exercises.

On Tuesday the Estonian Cabinet of Ministers approved of the draft legislation on ratification of mutual understanding memorandum, signed by the Estonian government and the chief staff of the NATO Armed Forces.

The memorandum determines the order of holding the exercises as well as participation of foreign countries in providing support to Estonian units.

Besides, the memorandum covers the issues concerning the terms of holding the exercises, their financing and the participants' duties.
