Constitutional Principles Of Russia-belarus Union State Discussed In Kremlin

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Pavel Borodin, secretary of the Russia-BELARUS union state, on Monday, December 24, discussed constitutional principles of the union state of Russia and BELARUS, Borodin said on Tuesday. According to him, the constitutional principles are a document spelling out the basic aspects of building a union state. The inter-governmental Russian-Belarussian working group has drafted a document which makes it possible "to continue more deeply the work of bringing the two legislations together, and of creating equal conditions for economic entities and state budgets".
