Azerbaijani President denounces Grozny terrorist act

President of Azerbaijan Geydar Aliyev was "astounded" by the report of multiple human casualties caused by the terrorist act in Grozny.

Geidar Aliyev sent a telegram of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In the telegram, which was provided to RIA Novosti by the secretariat of the President of Azerbaijan, Geidar Aliyev resolutely denounced that act.

The President of Azerbaijan expressed sincere condolences to relatives and close ones of the victims and wished soonest recovery to wounded people.
