Deputy General Prosecutor comments on May 9 terrorist attack in Kaspiysk

A criminal case on the May 9 terrorist attack in the city of Kaspiysk,Dagestan, is practically solved, Vladimir Kolesnikov, Deputy GeneralProsecutor of the Russian Federation, told journalists at a pressconference in Makhachkala today. According to him, materials of the casewill be submitted to the court, after criminals are announced wanted.Kolesnikov pointed out that a role of every participant of this crime hadbeen defined and their guilt had been proved. Three criminals have beenarrested already, the Deputy General Prosecutor stressed. As it was reported earlier, in the terrorist attack in Kaspiysk on May 9,2002, 43 people were killed..
