D Slavovich Ratz: Church of violence

I was not surprised seeing Americans say "NUKE IRAQ FOR JESUS" after watching American religious programming.
Living over a decade in California I had an opportunity to interact and learn much about the Americans.  In America they have "THE FOUR FATHERS".  These American four Gods, and "UNCLE SAM" are tied to American government. There is no separation of Church and State, they are one and the same, and any religion or philosophy that go counter to it, including Christians are classified as peaceniks, cowards & enemies (within).

The State sponsored religion borrows a lot from the Christian faith.  Instead of Christ the American soldier is found giving his life that we may live free.  Churches are abundant throughout the continent, and their service is shown on TV.  As I turned on my TV and watched, the guy went on about his
interpretation of a passage of seven hills, and that it means that place identifies a particular religion as "false", and how there are seven hills around Rome, and that Catholics (Americans are Protestants) are not with the right church.  He
went on, and on about this "ONE" passage.  I found that to be the case when I happened to run into other guys on TV doing services.  Only next time it was about Iraq (instead of Catholics), what it says about Iraq from a passage in the Bible, how Babylon will not rise again or something about Satan or Satan "heads" in Iraq or Middle East.  I was not surprised seeing Americans say "NUKE IRAQ FOR JESUS" after watching American religious programming.

However, what I didn't find is American Churches speaking out against violence.  What I did find is people who espied Christian teachings such as "Do violence to no man" were called "PEACENIKS", hypocrites and cowards.  Even though that quote is word for word from Luke 3:14 and was directly answering "SOLDIERS" that asked what they should do.    On the radio these people were classified as "ENEMIES WITHIN".  I don't claim to be a Christian, just a Russian who's interested on the tactics used on people where I reside.  But who cares?  The economy is GREAT!

Americans, here's WHY JESUS CHRIST IS "THE" PEACENIK:

"Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:  But I say unto you, That ye RESIST NOT EVIL: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also." Jesus Christ (Matt 5:38-39)

"Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.  But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;" Jesus Christ (Matt 5:43-44)

"Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.  Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you." Jesus Christ (Matt 5:10-12)

"And what shall we do?" Soldiers (From Luke 3:14)
"Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages." (From Luke 3:14)

"If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.  For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.  For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?" Jesus Christ (From Matt 16:24-26

"he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust." Jesus Christ (Matt 5:45)
