Tim Martin: USA and Russia have much in common

Anonymous who wrote a letter to PRAVDA, I will tell you what some people think about you. Look, there are lots of people in America that are convinced that the government controls everything that we see and hear, and there are lots of people that are convinced that Russians get nothing but government censored news.  The fact of the matter is that we have more in common than most other nations.  We faced Nazi Germany and Imperialist Japan and eventually made them our allies.  We stood in fear of each other in a decades long cold war.  We conquered the ellementary issues of space travel.  We both deal with terrorists.  We need to ignore idiots increasing the confrontation between the USA and Russia,  and allow Bush and Putin make intelligent decisions together.  Look,  the 9/11 highjackers,  the Moscow theater kidnappers, the Bali bombers and so on and so on the list would be long, very long.  These people ( terrorists) will proffit from our bickering.  They are trying to manipulate us in places like Israel, Iraq, Nepal, Chechnya, Afghanistan, Yeman, Philipines, Saudi Arabia, and the USA and Russia.  We are being manipulated, not by our governments, but by demented ideolouges and ourselves.
