In June Russia will complete its obligations on supplying anti-aircraft systems S-300 PMU-1 to China, said Director of Federal Service on Military and Technical Cooperation Mikhail Dmitriev on his visit in China on April 20.

China does not pay for the weapons because they are supplied as payment of Russian debts to China.
