Outer space is "a positive example of globalisation: resources of many countries serve the exploration and the use of space, said Russian Federation Council Speaker Sergei Mironov. On Friday he visited the Cosmonaut Training Centre in Stellar Town near Moscow and congratulated the cosmonauts on the coming Day of Cosmonautics which is marked in Russia on April 12.
