Pets Fashion Week takes place in Moscow

Dogs, cats and even horses dressed up in the most fashionable attires made by world’s best designers were gracing the catwalk like professional models during the Pets Fashion Week Russia which took place in Moscow.

A lot of people really liked the event. Others said that it was nothing but a torture for poor animals.

Anyway, today pets have their own special bakeries, hairdressing, Spa salons and studios.

During the Moscow Pets Fashion Week visitors also had  an opportunity to buy fashionable outfits for their pets. New garments from the summer collections are extremely popular among pet-lovers today.

That is why plenty of different shorts, T-shirts, caps and certainly glasses were widely available for sale during the event.

Sunglasses in golden and multi-coloured crystal-encrusted frames are all the rage today. The average price of such sunglasses is about $100. In winter time dog owners can dress their pats in natural fur coats. Such a fur coat will cost about $1,000.

Another reason to spend money on pets is pet weddings. The term ‘mating’ is a taboo for real pet-lovers. “Brides” are usually dressed in snow-white wedding gowns and grooms wear dinner jackets and ties. The costs of such a wedding ceremony may reach $3,000.
