The plates could fall and kill her at any moment.  Sasha got her arm broken, but she grabbed 3-year-old girl Masha Gavrilova with her hand and was holding the little girl over the water surface for more than 1 hour until the rescue workers approached them.

Directory regional Emergencies Center Gennady Skachkov said that the girl’s heroic did demonstrates that the family and the school give her right ideals. Sasha’s mother said that the girl is very self-dependent and “is able to make decisions by herself, with no advice from mother or father”.

Head of Emergencies Ministry presented the girl a computer, Tver region governor gave her a bicycle and a ticket for the trip to the Black Sea. The girl finished the school year with all excellent grades and only one “good”, she loves sport and will continue practicing in swimming.
