Obama reveals Putin's attitude to NATO

Barack Obama said how the Russian President treats NATO and the EU from his point of view.
According to the American leader, Putin sees the North Atlantic Alliance as "a threat to Russian power".
"Mr. Putin has generally viewed NATO, EU, trans-Atlantic unity, as a threat," Obama said.
However, the Russian leader "is mistaken about that".
"I've indicated to him that, in fact, a strong, unified Europe working with a strong, outward-looking Russia -- that's the right recipe. So far, he has not been entirely persuaded," Barack Obama claimed.
As Pravda.Ru reported, Vladimir Putin had accused Europe of losing part of its sovereignty. The EU rejected its independent foreign policy and submitted to the US.
However, as Putin stated, Russia can have a deal with any of its partners.
