From April 19 to 22 the militia in Moscow will be on the alert. As the RIA Novosti correspondent was told in the Moscow Main Interior Department, this decision was taken in view of possible disturbances and other violations of the law in the coming weekend which can be provoked by extremist groups on April 20, Hitler's birthday, and on April 21 during the CSKA-Spartak match.
