Moscow welcomes the Serbian government's decision to lift the state of emergency in the country, reads the statement of the Russian Foreign Ministry's official spokesman, Alexander Yakovenko. On April 22nd, Serbian incumbent President, Natasa Miziz, issued a decree lifting the state of emergency in the republic introduced after the tragic death of Chairman of the Serbian government, Zoran Djindjic, on March 12th.
