11 people fell victim to a suicide bomber who blew himself up north of Baghdad on Tuesday.
A man wearing a suicide belt entered a popular cafe in Abbara village, about 70 kilometers (45 miles) north of Baghdad, a police officer said on condition of anonymity as he was not authorized to speak to the media.
