The blini show which was supposed to occur on Thursday during the Shrovetide (Maslenitsa) week celebrations in the center of Moscow has been cancelled, the Moscow government said.
The organizational committee decided not to hold celebrations while the Moscow government was mourning for people killed in the water park tragedy in Yasenevo.
