Russian presidential candidate Ivan Rybkin will stay abroad until the presidential elections on March 14, Echo of Moscow radio quoted Rybkin as saying while in London today. Rybkin emphasized that he had no intention of withdrawing from the race. Earlier, he admitted the possibility of such a move.
