Gazprom is to resume negotiations with the Belarusian gas transportation company Beltransgaz on gas supplies to Belarus. Belarus receives gas under a contract with Transnafta, which was signed on February 2. The amount of the gas supplies is 204 million cubic meters, the price of the gas supplied is $46.68 per 1,000 cubic meters.
The Russian energy giant Gazprom interrupted its gas supplies to Belarus on January 1, another Russian producer, Itera, stopped its supplies on February 12.
