A large batch of heroin has been confiscated in Moscow. The main department of the interior of Moscow reported that 1.676 kg of heroin was confiscated from a 44-year-old jobless detained last Sunday in the east of Moscow. Overall, 81 cases of confiscating narcotic drugs in large quantities were registered yesterday on the territory of 25 regions of the Russian Federation. As many as 2.128 kg of hashish, 1.968.4 kg of heroin, 1 kg of marijuana and 13.2 g of opium were confiscated.
