A small creative group from Rwanda (Africa) has started creation of a localized version of OpenOffice, the popular office package, however it is now facing a serious problem. The problem is that the language spoken by majority of people in Rwanda has no basic technical and computer terms, even the notion of computer itself. Steve Murphy, the organizer of the ambitious project is discouraged over the problem.
The issue gave rise to heated disputes whether important terms must be borrowed from English or French. Later, it was decided to name the computer with a native word "mudasobwa", an approximate translation of which means "something that makes no errors".
