John Kirkhope, a fellow at Plymouth University in Great Britain, has conducted an unusual research. The researcher decided to find out which preferences the Kingdom's legislation provides Prince Charles given his title of Duke of Cornwall.
Having studied a lot of legal documents, as well as government archives, Kirkhope found out that the heir to the British throne may carry out many acts without impunity. The common citizens, however, would bear criminal responsibility.
The Prince of Wales is even allowed to set off nuclear weapons, escaping any punishment, according to the Independent.
Pravda.Ru reported that the British PM David Cameron previously claimed that his country had a right to decide on its own whether to use the nuclear arsenal under 'certain circumstances'.
He did not specify what the circumstances should be at that.
